Btech or Engineering after 12th: Serious Academic Failure

Over Lakhs of students appeared for their class 12th Board Exam this year in 2014 across India. Now that the board examinations are over, there is but little time left for students to relax, as the rat race for admissions to a good college and the cut throat competition to secure a seat in the course of one’s choice now begins.

Many students apply for JEE & AIEEE exams each year partly due to parental pressure, unawareness about falling IT job market scenario & lastly partly due to self-interest. As a result even though they might be able to get through certain engineering colleges despite this, their grades begins to fall drastically & they begin to lose self-confidence. MIND YOU THAT THE NUMBER TO ENGINEERING DROP-OUT STUDENTS HAS INCREASED BY 253% IN PREVIOUS THREE YEARS. This is shocking. Isn’t it? Even if somehow the students manages to drag himself / herself through the course & get placement in some good firm, even then, the misery doesn’t end there, as they feel completely out of place and misfits doing the work opposite to their passion & interest.

Here we would like to propose “AN OPTION”. There is a challenging, passionative, expanding, industrial and highest job prospects career option after 12th i.e.  CYBER SECURITY, which a student can choose for his / her specialized career. “Generally students qualify for industrially specialized study at Post Graduation level, but here is an amazing and out of the box option to prepare oneself as an Enterprise Expert in the science of Information System Security or Cyber Security.

As you must have read this article that btech and engineering have no scope in future. You should opt a field which has good scope in coming years. Like you know that cyber crimes are increasing day by day, companies whether they are govt or non govt are very much concerned about the security issues. therefore they recruit cyber security professionals for security purposes.
If you go in this field you will be having great opportunities to enter into Multi-National companies.
